C2 has started a new project in the famous Lisbon palace of the Ribeira Grande counts which will last most of the year. During 2023, we will be restoring all stone elements, the noble stairs with its golden leaf decorated metallic elements, decorative paintings and plaster works.
C2 is in the process of totally restoring a magnificent modernist panel from the portuguese ceramist Relvas. Before it suffered an accident, it was in display at Coruche city hall. We’ve already removed all of the panel and it is currently undergoing extensive reconstruction and restorations.
After the removal and preventive treatment for the tile panels of the Sr. Roubado monument in 2019 and the treatment and cleaning of stone elements of the standard in 2022, C2 returns to this iconic monument to restore the original panels. During 2021, Conservação ao Quadrado, finnished the project of restoration of the Memorial monument of Odivelas Municipality. This project consisted in the deep treatment of the stone and metal elements, which were in very poor state. Covered with algae and black crost. It had a team of four technicians and lasted for three months.

During late 2020, C2 finished conservation work on the Entroncamento train station. It consisted on the conservation of 71 ceramic panels from the early 30’s. These panels which were produced by now closed Portuguese Sacavém ceramic factory had the famous “pó de pedra” tiles. – Stone dust tiles, which no one produces anymore.
In late 2021, C2 finnished the conservation work on the iconic Caneças water fountain. This fountain supplied quality water to all of Lisbon. Since last August, C2 is working on the decorative elements found on the main building of the Santarém market. These include tile panels, stone elements and wood frames found on individual stores, which will be restored in the coming months.
